Shear Advantage has completed its second year as a nonprofit organization. In October 2024, we held our inaugural workshop in San Cristóbal, Guatemala. Our second workshop was held in April 2025 in Antigua, Guatemala, where we aim to further expand our operations.

As a nonprofit organization, Shear Advantage aims to teach essential skills, foster career development and business management, and provide funding in cosmetology to underserved communities and individuals in need. Our goal is to promote professional development for individuals by providing educational resources and physical spaces for students to jump-start their careers. These assets allow the students to achieve financial independence and foster healthy, sustainable communities.
